Comparative Market Analysis. This weekly report will provide you with a realistic price recommendation that will take into consideration the location, upgrades, and condition of your home.

Photography. In today's market this is huge, and will give you an advantage over your competition. I use a local professional for all my photography, and on occasion for aerial photos/videos, and virtual tours.

Full Time. Unlike some Realtors that sell properties on the side, I do this full time. This means that I'm always available to my Clients, and I'm always available to follow up on any lead.

Online Marketing. My company will promote your property on hundreds of different websites. You will also receive weekly reports that will show you how much activity your home is getting on the most popular websites such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com.

Social Media. In today's world every Realtor needs to be active on social media. Personally, I use Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to promote all of my listings. By using these tools, I'm able to "Target" my marketing dollars so I increase my chances of finding the right buyer for your property.

Community Involvement. As noted above, I'm very active in different community organizations. What does this mean to you? By marketing myself, I'm able to meet more people, such as the possible buyer for your property. This tends to be much more effective than any other type of marketing I can do.

Availability. As I said above, this is my full time job. I'm always available to answer your call, text, or email with questions or concerns.

Keep you informed. The home buying process can be tricky, I will always do my best to keep you informed with what's happening.

Knowledge. I'm always on top of the market, this means that I know the inventory well along with what has sold recently, and what's currently on the market. This knowledge can help make sure you don't pay too much for your next home.

Honest. Like it or not, I'm always very honest with you. In fact, I have a tendency to be a little too honest. My goal is always to protect and serve my clients the best way I know how.
