Welcome!

Thanks for stopping by my website!

I’m assuming you are here to learn a little bit more about me, and probably check out a few properties. 🙂

Originally from Lake Geneva, my family relocated to the Janesville/Milton area in 1986 because of a promotion my Dad received with Wisconsin Bell (now AT&T). For the next 20 years this is where I grew up, graduating from Milton High School in 1996.

In 1988 my parents purchased a lot in Lake Arrowhead based on the recommendation of long time family friends. Our family quickly grew to love the area and spent a lot of weekends and most vacations camping on our land. Then in 1991 my parents built a house on this land so we had a more permanent second home.

Fast forward to 1998 and my parents made the decision to retire, and relocate to our “second home” full time, where they still reside. My younger sister also relocated to this area in 2000 to attend MSTC for Cosmetology. She is now married with a daughter and lives in the Town of Quincy.

As for me, I held out a little longer. I had a good job with Chambers & Owen in Janesville (wholesale distributor). The last year I was with C&O I worked as an Assistant Credit Manager. It was during this time I got the bug to try my hand at real estate. I was lucky enough to find a local Broker who was willing to work with me and prepare me for this new career. Shortly after getting involved in the real estate world, I realized that this was my true calling. However, quitting my current job and pursuing this full time was not realistic, as I still needed to make my house payment. So I made the decision to leave the Janesville area and relocate to the Wisconsin Rapids area where I could live with my parents while I started this new career.

Fast forward to now, and I’m the proud co-owner of NextHome Partners. When I relocated to the Wisconsin Rapids area in 2006 and started working at First Weber, I was lucky enough to meet a couple of the greatest guys you could ever wish to work with. It was because of these guys that I’m still here today, and I’m proud to now call them my Business Partners.

Looking forward, I’m constantly keeping an eye on our ever changing industry. I’m obsessed constantly educating myself with all the latest marketing ideas and tools, and putting them to use where I can. Real estate is a constantly changing industry, and that’s probably why I love it so much.

I want to thank you for taking the time to read my story, and I hope to be able to work with you sometime soon.

Keith
